The leadership really believes in development & promoting from within, so, if you succeed & add value back to the team expect to build your career. This is the biggest market in enterprise software, so the opportunity to make an impact is through the roof.
Cons
You'll have to get comfortable being uncomfortable. We move fast, change things and seek opportunities to improve quickly. We give direct feedback regularly. This is a con if you aren't comfortable hearing what's working or isn't very directly and plainly. As with any fast growing business, sometimes there's a disconnect between levels.
