- Disruptive technology with long sales cycles for larger deals, not always aligned with quarterly expectations - Really high expectations leading to high pressure job (high people turnover) - Work/life balance, particularly during the first year as there is lot to learn - Strong metrics monitoring with some level of micro-management sometimes
