Pros
1. Great product and not a huge amount of tech debt 2. Great team members 3. Very interesting problems to solve 4. Not so stressful if you know how to handle yourself
Cons
1. You need to be extremely independent to have success at MongoDB. Nobody is going to tell you what to do or how to do it. You need to figure it out yourself (although this is pros for me, this could not be necessarily true for everybody). 2. Teams are dislocated everywhere in the world, if you happen to be part of one of those teams, you need to sharp your communication skills.
