CS responsibilities continue to move in a worse direction and directly compete with Sales and SAs while we’re supposed to be partnering. It turned into a role where you have monitor sales ethics and even get in the way of their bonus comp while continuing to try and be a part of the account team. Its almost all of the bad of sales without any of the good. CSM Management is clueless and doesn’t know to how to deal with the challenges at the IC level. The incentive structure breeds a culture of lies and politics. Stay so far away from this job.
