- This job is what you make of it - it's challenging but rewarding. It's beneficial to come in with some foundation of app development to get a little head start - Ramp period can feel long but it's worth it! You're constantly learning new things which can be overwhelming at times but there's so many people to help / ask questions to. You're always supported - Sentiment on managers, teams, and sales relationships can sometimes vary between regions, but overarching dynamics are positive.
