      - Great Pay - Ambiguity opens the door for opportunities to be a hero - Great colleagues (so engaged)

      Cons

      - Leadership (egomaniacs, bullies, bro culture, self interested) - Cedric's flailing initiatives (Acquisition, New Workloads, ModFac) - Too political (P&G, Engagement Survey, Talent Review processes are all geared towards scrutiny). - Culture of fear, team work suffers as a result.

      Pros

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
