      -Great people on the recruiting team -Attainable numbers -Stakeholders tend to realize value of partnership with recruitment -Flexible work model and flexible PTO -The technology used by the TA team is improving and making work less manual for recruiters -Company continues to grow

      Cons

      -No additional bonus for hiring over your number - Some stakeholders are very difficult to work with - Promotions take a long time and there are limited growth paths for recruiters

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.
