      sometimes the lack of defined process actually slows down progress. The tribal knowledge is strong here and the pace of the work means we miss sharing or capturing it for the greater good.

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.
