Pros
Salaries are way above market, even in San Francisco. Nice fat titles so if interviewing demand an SVP or EVP title at least. Office is nice. People are generally really nice to work with each day and many are extremely hard working. Flexibility in working from office or home. Seems to have potential from a technology perspective.
Cons
Too many highly paid middle managers so communication is poor and the organization moves too slowly for a so called technology company. Management changes have felt like musical chairs and "where you land no one knows". The company spends too much money it seems from the last earnings announcement, and then has to let people go. Lots of conflict between the UK and the US office...power struggles particularly at the top levels of the organization. Employees don't have a great support structure. Human Resources is absolutely worthless...worst I have seen in an organization. Many managers don't seem to care about feedback or "managing" and HR does not get involved. Management speeches hollow and out of touch.
