Cons
They cut benefits coverage, which felt like a pay cut. They DELAYED healthcare benefits communications and the enrollment period. They announced RTO in a very apathetic way (2 weeks heads up via email at 6pm on a Friday). Obsessed with being AI-first, forcing us to push products on clients that we don’t believe in. Company success is not strong and leadership is forcing deep integration across agencies. Staffing is like pulling teeth, where approvals take forever in a best case scenario or you just have to suck it up and take on the extra work of finance doesn’t see value in giving you a break.
