Pros

The culture and the people are awesome, the work is not too hectic, we have good benefits. Projects are challenging and the clients are amazing for your Resume.

Cons

Not a lot of chance for growth since the gap in salary between a Junior and a Lead is not so big. The whole company is displeased with the CEO's insistence on a ridiculous RTO policy. Morale is low, people miss working from home. Employees are leaving or being laid off for this reason. There is never "enough money in the budget" for raises, even if your performance is stellar and you've been waiting for more than a year. Wages for overseas employees (Asia and LatAm) are insultingly low compared to employees in Europe or America considering that most of the creation hubs are located there and the lowest paid employees do most of the work.

Pros

The team members who are in the weeds

Cons

* Low pay and lack of career progression. Last year I had my first raise in years but it was a VERY small increase that hasn't improved my quality of life unfortunately. This year they pushed the merit increase by half a year. There isn't a doubt among all of colleagues that this is an intentional move to get more folks to quit / save money. * High employee turnover. * Multiple waves of layoffs and departures since 2024. Lack of communication and planning around layoffs leads to us having to figure out solutions on the fly and it honestly does not seem like that leadership cares about how these layoffs are affecting the CURRENT business. * Rotating door of Execs who have no idea what's going on in the ground. We're just treated like numbers on a spreadsheet.
