      Pros

      The people are super smart and down to earth. There is no hierarchy or political BS. Leadership and Managers invest their time to ensure that you are set up for success. People actually listen to you and there is none of this "oh we are looking for the culture fit", they hold true to their values. Awesome place to work. I'm glad I have had found a place that acknowledges my skillset and accepts me for who I am.

      Cons

      Zoom Fatigue - too many meetings and not meeting all of my team members in this weird world that we live in.

      It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
