      Project, clients, tools, and tech are changing all the time. We get to work with lots of big name clients on a diverse range of tools and technologies. Lots of cloud work. Good compensation. Great co-workers with a lot of talent.

      There can be a lot of work when you're at a company that is growing so quickly.

      It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
