      Really love the MediaMonks team. Super forward thinking as a company overall and there’s always something happening somewhere. Amazing benefits package and the team truly does care about your well-being. Working from home is great and they set you up for success with a home office package.

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
