Pros

My direct manager was amazing and made the place half tolerable

Cons

They only have three main clients and the top two (that bring in 99% of the work) are absolutely terrible. Leadership encourages bending over backwards for these clients so we don't lose them (because they keep the lights on) and this results in extreme burnout. On top of that there is no OT compensation or time off for working overtime/weekends, in fact it's just expected of you. Because these clients have come to expect us to do whatever they want at the drop of a hat they won't accept less than that and there's no going back to correct the behavior with these clients, they've gotten away with it for too long. The work is BORING 90% of the work you'll make here is just boring and receptive. Tiktoks and instagram ads. Had pretty bad experiences with some employees. Lots of mainsplaining, interrupting, general rudeness. Leadership didn't ever do anything about these employees and in fact at my time there they've gotten promotions. I also found out about 9 months into me working here that I got paid 20k less than my counterpart who did the exact same job as me and they wouldn't even consider giving me a rise until 1 year in. Glad I'm gone - at the rate they're going this place will probably be toast in a few years. Don't work here.

Pros

It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

Cons

Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

Pros

Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

Cons

The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
