      High calibre creatives. Respect your 8 hours of work. Global network and exposure.

      Cons

      C-suite politics spillover to affect creatives. Increment isn't every year, and the percentage would not curb against inflation. Infrequent project you would put into portfolio.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
