Good benefits package – use them as soon as you start, otherwise when they decide to lay you off, you lose everything.
Cons
Poor opportunities to showcase your work due to budget constraints. Cheap operations from hubs taking over talent in local markets make clients consider our work cheap for insane workloads. Underpaying for your talent is real. I was 75% below the market for my role in my location.
