4-Day work week is real as is the people-first culture. The team is experimental & it's an environment where you can fail. A ton of ownership, somewhere you can learn & grow. Transparency from leadership. Really fun team. They value design, which I love.

Cons

Early-stage startup growing pains and uncertainties.

Extremely high-pressure SDR environment with a heavy churn-and-burn culture. Hitting activity metrics and booking meetings often didn’t matter unless opportunities converted to SQOs, which created unrealistic expectations for reps. Turnover was constant, and I personally saw around 10 people let go during my time there. Leadership quality was also inconsistent, with some managers lacking the experience or track record needed to effectively coach and support their teams.
