They came in and overhauled everything and implemented a great LMS to enhance onboarding. The product demos very well and we’ve had our best selling months in the history of the company. Cons

Extremely high-pressure SDR environment with a heavy churn-and-burn culture. Hitting activity metrics and booking meetings often didn’t matter unless opportunities converted to SQOs, which created unrealistic expectations for reps. Turnover was constant, and I personally saw around 10 people let go during my time there. Leadership quality was also inconsistent, with some managers lacking the experience or track record needed to effectively coach and support their teams.
