Pros

Fridays are half days and there are is a lot of Free food at mandatory events. The medical benefits are decent, great vision plan.

Cons

I've never seen such a disorganized institution. It is deceitful, as their main focus is making money, not educating minorities. They treat their staff like peasants and upper mgmt is very condescending. Very poor work/life balance as well.

There are few amazing students.

Cons

Management is downright toxic. They thrive on pitting employees against each other and crushing any spark of innovation. If you dare to suggest an idea, you’re treated like a nuisance instead of valued. Salaries are insultingly low, yet they expect you to grind away endless hours as if your life belongs to them. The leadership is selfish, greedy, and completely indifferent to rewarding or recognizing the people who actually keep the place running.
