Get to leave early on Fridays, decent vision plan, paid holidays.

Cons

Worst upper management ever, condescending, and undermining. Overworked staff, under appreciated staff and faculty. Students are not valued. Dangerous area to work in, high crime in neighborhoods, students are also armed and dangerous.

There are few amazing students.

Cons

Management is downright toxic. They thrive on pitting employees against each other and crushing any spark of innovation. If you dare to suggest an idea, you’re treated like a nuisance instead of valued. Salaries are insultingly low, yet they expect you to grind away endless hours as if your life belongs to them. The leadership is selfish, greedy, and completely indifferent to rewarding or recognizing the people who actually keep the place running.
