Pros

The students are amazing, the employees/coworkers are dedicated. Fridays are half days but you have to work 1 Saturday a month (not so bad with managers out of the office).

Cons

Management is toxic, will try to pin you against each other. No innovation and looked down upon if you try to even suggest ideas.

There are few amazing students.

Cons

Management is downright toxic. They thrive on pitting employees against each other and crushing any spark of innovation. If you dare to suggest an idea, you’re treated like a nuisance instead of valued. Salaries are insultingly low, yet they expect you to grind away endless hours as if your life belongs to them. The leadership is selfish, greedy, and completely indifferent to rewarding or recognizing the people who actually keep the place running.
