      Pros

      Montblanc sells great quality products, as long as you don't drop them. However, for a ballpoint or rollerball writing instrument, they're a bit too expensive for the base model. If you're going to invest in a Montblanc, I recommend a fountain pen.

      Cons

      The Area Manager is a micromanager who resents anyone's opinion or ideas that aren't her own. If she decides she doesn't like you or wants to hire a "friend" she'll make your life hell until you either resign or she manages you out. She'll write you up for petty reasons, some of which she makes up and some she assumes before even speaking to you about it to gain clarity. Along with myself, I know of 4 other successful Store Managers in the U.S. that she terminated or forced into resignation.

      Pros

      Some people were tight but majority of time people come and go.

      Cons

      They expect you to follow policy to the tee and when you do, you will be written up for it by your store manager. They know that robberies are a thing, people will go in and just start stealing stuff. We are told NOT to engage per our own safety. But tell me how I am getting written up by my store manager for NOT DOING MY JOB and then getting a call from corporate for my lack of work. Are you kidding me? You write me up because policy says do not engage with situations that may endanger me? Yeah, I am so glad that I left this brand because there really isn't a future here. I hope that this brand fails to the ground.
