Pros
Your experience working at Montclair State is very much contingent upon which department you work in. My department provided a wonderful environment to work in. The staff was great and very social. They have great benefits including a hefty amount of days off as you climb the career ladder there, good health insurance, and summer hours.
Cons
The work itself is very repetitive and can be unenjoyable because you receive a lot of calls/emails with complaints or concerns.
