tuition remission, small stipend, schedule around classes.
Cons
Not allowed to park in faculty/staff lots so almost impossible to find parking. Extremely low pay for the work. If you work it out hourly it's far less than minimum wage. EXTREMELY strict about general chemistry lab guidelines. No flexibility in labs whatsoever.
