Great location - Assistant Professor Montclair State University Employee Review

The school atmosphere is pretty relaxing, which can also be considered a negative aspect as tenured faculty members are super lazy. Colleagues in my department are alright but they are really old. Well, being old does not mean a bad thing as long as they are motivated to learn and improve teaching skills. Students complain a lot as old faculty members do not even update course materials and cannot even use power point etc.
