Pros
The department gave me full and autonomous control over the courses that I taught. They have invested in new and modern buildings with great equipment to aid teaching. The supporting staff was great and friendly and very helpful.
Cons
Parking was a nightmare to faculty staff and students alike. My advice is go early if you are teaching a class.
