      Pros

      Global reputation as an innovator and leader in virtually every market we serve. Diversity in our company provides both stability and opportunity for trying new things. Opportunity exists for those who seek challenges.

      Cons

      Our culture and values are strong and allow for freedom and individuality. That's a great thing. However, this can also create a fair amount of ambiguity. Those that prefer structure and you many not always feel that at Moog.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.

      Good Health Benefits, and 401K

      Cons

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
