Pros

Management encourages professional growth by offering daily tasks to build industry knowledge. Very good at leveraging an employees strengths to achieve company goals. Culture is very team oriented with wonderful support from the top executives and division General Managers.

Cons

None really. Maybe the hours but that may have been more of a lack of communication in my department. Supervisor was very negative on the organization and made very inappropriate comments on co workers in daily meetings.

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
