Pros

- Corporate culture at Moog is really outstanding. There is a respect for the boundaries of our team members, and there is consistently a mindset of "one team." - "Your personal life is important" is a value that I have seen consistently upheld - people respect the time you need to be away from the office. - Compensation and benefits are competitive to the local markets where folks are hired

Cons

- As a truly global company, the decentralized approach to managing sites locally can cause some challenges with standardized processes across locations.

Pros

Strong company culture, positive work-life balance, co-workers always willing to listen, help out, and contribute to the team environment.

Cons

Very slow in adapting to market conditions, backwards philosophy when developing products (build a new product/technology and then tell sales to find customers)...needs to be customer-centric development. Promotions and internal mobility are encouraged but when it comes time for that, it tends to be more of a 'who you know' versus 'what you know' selection.
