While we’re happy to hear that you found your coworkers and out benefits to be pros, we would like to address what you describe in your cons field. Our goal is to provide our employees with the tools they need to succeed. Our managers are working on an ongoing initiative to improve training and provide a toolkit for employees to gain knowledge and manage expectations. We are also continually developing our Achieve @ Moog platform, a tool which can be used to aid in career progression. It will aid in not only onboarding, but exploration of what roles Moog has to offer. We are always looking for ways to improve, so please feel free to share your ideas.
