      Company culture has excellent heritage. A self-starter can pursue initiatives and drive your career to focus more on value activities you like. Some political navigation is required, but a tendency for dedication and action-orientation will allow you much leeway in your contributions and focus.

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
