Thank you for your review. While we are happy to hear that you are enjoying the benefits, work environment, and co-workers, we would like to address what you mention in the Cons field. The behaviors you describe are not what we strive for. At Moog, we believe that “Trust is a Must” and include it as one of our core values. It is our commitment to be honest in all of our personal interactions and assume others are doing the same. It is unfortunate to hear that your experience is not aligning with our values. We encourage you to speak with your manager or HR Representative regarding strategies to improve. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is appreciated, and it will help us to improve the working environment for everyone.

Pros

Good Health Benefits, and 401K

Cons

Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.

We encourage you to discuss any specific concerns with your manager or an HR representative. Open communication is key, and we want to ensure that your voice is heard and any issues are addressed.
