      Supportive management, employee centric environment and culture, great health, retirement, and education benefits, room for innovation and new ideas.

      Cons

      IT environment and processes are not mature. Room for improvement which I find an exciting challenge.

      Cons

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
