      Pros

      This is a very team driven environment with amazing people. Moog cares greatly about the environment they keep, and they also care a great deal about employee success. I come to work everyday feeling like I am contributing to something larger than myself, you feel very accomplished at the end of every week. They offer flexibility, understanding management, and nice benefits.

      Cons

      Restructure/reorganization has been a bit stressful as of late.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.

      Good Health Benefits, and 401K

      Cons

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
