      Pros

      Moog has an environment that promotes both professional growth and work/life balance. I feel that I'm a valued member of the team, and that the work I do matters. I'm comfortable reaching out to others within the company, including in different functional areas as well as sr. leadership. I think Moog is truly a team environment.

      Cons

      The pace of product development and innovation is a lot to keep up with. Fortunately, Moog has lots of resources to stay informed, and leadership is always available to deal with questions/concerns.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.

      Good Health Benefits, and 401K

      Cons

      Although Moog promotes an unlimited PTO policy and emphasizes work-life balance, the actual execution is highly inconsistent and depends heavily on management. Some managers are supportive, while others induce guilt, leading to a culture where employees either underutilize their time or feel uncertain about expectations. Furthermore, compensation lags behind the market average, and internal career growth feels stagnant rather than actively supported.
