      Good pay and benefits, cool work

      Cons

      Mindless work in the production level, good luck moving beyond that. The amount of financial waste is insane and hard to be a part of it.

      Pros

      The company has a bit of a startup-like vibe, and still feels established. They’re pretty open to letting younger engineers take on real responsibility , which makes it a good place to grow. From what I’ve seen in all-hands meetings, the senior leadership also seems to genuinely care about employees—you can kind of tell they’re paying attention and trying to take care of the team.

      There’s nothing perfect, enjoy the time when you get in.
