Thank you for your review and for your 9+ years of service with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed Moog’s benefits and company events; however, what you describe in the Cons and Advice to Management fields is not what we strive for. At Moog, a top priority is to create a positive, empowering work environment for everyone. Leaders and managers that encourage and support our employees are key to keeping our Moog culture strong. One of our core values is “we have to be adaptable and ready to change.” We do our best to reflect and recognize when change is needed and understand the need for continuous improvement in all of our activities. To encourage openness and transparency, Moog has also always operated with an Open Door Policy. Under this policy, employees can approach any leader in the company to discuss an idea, issue, or problem without having to worry about “breaking the chain of command.” Lastly, we want to assure you that our hiring decisions are made based on the best interest of the company.
