Pros
The work enviornment is usually really good. The people I work with are typically friendly and share a similar purpose. The pay is pretty decent for the area, but not as good as it used to be. The work is challenging and interesting. It's still a good place to work and I would recommend it, but it's not as great as it used to be.
Cons
Raises that are less than the cost of living increases. Executive team not in touch with workers like they used to be. An example is them getting rid of paid overtime for engineers at the East Aurora site because not all sites offer paid overtime for engineers, even though engineers at other sites negotiated salaries knowing they wouldn't get paid overtime and many engineers in EA took lower base salaries because they were told they would make up the difference from overtime pay (yes, I'm a little bitter).
