Pros

Smart, hardworking people on the marketing and business development teams who care about their work and support each other.

Cons

Chronic understaffing and lack of resources create constant burnout. Promotions are rare, and strong performance goes unrewarded. Despite making over $2 billion a year, the firm does not provide consistent bonuses or fair raises. At the annual partner meeting, leadership openly admitted that the business development team is intentionally paid about 23% below market, with team members who help plan and run the meeting in the room. The only real “recognition” is more work without a title or pay increase. Professional staff are penalized for not coming into the office three times a week, even though senior staff rarely do. The team loses good people constantly, resulting in very high turnover.
