Poor Management - CNC Machine Operator Morgan Olson Employee Review

Management is terrible. Terrible communication. Very clique oriented, some employees are allowed to break rules others are immediately terminated for breaking. Have experienced sexual harassment from two coworkers and nothing was done, I’ve barely even been separated from them while working even though this was promised. Since bringing up these issues and asking to move to a new machine I now feel like a bit of an outcast. Must be buddies with or related to someone with pull to be promoted.
