Pros
Started on the floor with desire to move up and make a career. I worked hard and gave it my all. It was very hard work. Soon was advanced to the next level; then nearly two years later was made a team lead, yet another two years advanced to a supervisor. After three years as supervisor was promoted to a manger position.
Cons
The work is very hard. You are on your feet all day. Now, in the manager position, I am not on my feet, but the mental exhaustion can be overwhelming. We go days with almost no break at all.
