Pros

When I started at M&M this company was a fun place to work. Although we worked hard, the morale was great. Everyone understood we were a team and we all had a role to play.

Cons

There is way too much turn over. I expect there to be turn over in all industries, but for a professional establishment such as this, the number of people leaving and or seeking too leave is extremely high.
