Pros

Work with car accident victims hard work but lots of positive people and great work environment and Opportunities for growth. Started with very little understanding and learned a lot on the job.

Cons

It is a very large firm so sometimes it feels like there is always something new going on. We have so many new personal injury cases every day so it's sometimes hard to manage.
