The office in Chicago is in a prime spot.

It’s time for a change and not the “reorg and rename everyone’s title” kind we’ve seen so many times. I mean a complete leadership overhaul… and yes, that’s a hint to start with the veteran “leaders” who’ve spent 15+ years mastering the art of surviving by getting shuffled from one role to another while delivering little meaningful change. Innovation always seems to take a back seat, while accountability is optional if you’re in the right circle. If you’re looking for a place where performance actually matters, I’d keep looking. There are far better companies that reward results over tenure, and merit over loyalty to the right people.
