Thanks for sharing your feedback. I wish you had come to me with your concerns before you chose to leave Morningstar. While I believe the relationship between India teams and their Chicago counterparts is very healthy and productive in most cases, it’s always possible that there are isolated instances of friction. I view it as my responsibility, as well as the responsibility of other leaders here in Mumbai, to help address these situations. Oftentimes it’s simply a communication problem or a misunderstanding that's easily rectified. Regardless of the cause, we want to eliminate such instances and help our teams continually improve cross-border collaboration. But we can’t help if such situations are not brought to our attention. I can say with absolute certainty that our goal is to ensure a highly motivating and progressive career experience for our team members, and to execute with intensity (not just talk about it). I’m sorry you didn’t have that experience, and I wish you would have brought that to my attention since you seemed to have a favorable opinion of India leadership. Nonetheless I hope you’ve found a better fit and I wish you the best of luck.
