Pros
The work-life balance at Morningstar is awesome. Better than any job I've ever had. Management is open to new ideas. The 6-week sabbatical is such a lovely bonus. Our insurance is very good, and our cost is quite low. I truly love working here.
Cons
I wish our yearly raises were higher. However, we are on par with the rest of the country, but everyone likes a nice raise.
