Pros
Relatively open culture with many areas to grow and expand your career. Great facilities and incredible clients to work with. Get to work with educated and smart team members.
Cons
Lots of politics and a strong old guard from startup days still relevant in the company but holding it back from growth. Not a lot of technical innovation and seemingly too much technical debt to deal with to move fast. WAY too much internal active political and moral posturing with hardcore left leaning undertones...
