Your feedback is very disconcerting. I%E2%80%99m so sorry to hear your experience at Morningstar missed the mark. Providing our interns with an enriching experience is at the core of our Internship Program and it sounds like your experience didn%E2%80%99t measure up to that. Your comments about your team being micro-managed is not characteristic of the experience we aim to foster at Morningstar. %E2%80%9CEntrepreneurial Spirit%E2%80%9D is one of our values and something we encourage company wide. It sounds like this wasn%E2%80%99t reflected on your team and that%E2%80%99s disappointing. One of the great things about our internship program is the opportunity for college students and recent graduates to gain real experience on a variety of projects that will be applicable in their first professional role. Many of our interns decide to apply for the Morningstar Development Program and join Morningstar full-time after graduation. Thank you for taking the time to share this review.
