Fun Place to Work but limited Upward Movement - Anonymous employee Morningstar Employee Review

Very lateral, thus no where to move up in career. Upper management is too young so no one is leaving the company because they have a lot of stock options which limits growth for middle management. Hardly any salary raises. Some departments are better than others but still no promotions are rare. You have to move departments or leave to get recognized.
